Who will the service be for?
Collier & Grant is planned as a medical cannabis clinic for adults aged 18 and over. Whether any treatment is appropriate for an individual will be a clinical decision made by a specialist doctor after assessment, and it will not be suitable for everyone.

No. Please do not send medical records, prescription images or detailed clinical information through this website. The registration form only needs your contact details.
